The Challenge

Piracy continues to pose a significant threat to global trade and security. As a Counter Piracy Operative, you'll join an elite team dedicated to protecting vital shipping lanes and ensuring the safety of crew members across the world's oceans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct maritime security patrols and surveillance operations in high-risk areas.
  • Respond swiftly and decisively to suspected piracy incidents, employing strategic tactics to apprehend perpetrators and protect vessels.
  • Collaborate with international law enforcement agencies and naval forces to maintain a unified counter-piracy strategy.
  • Gather intelligence on pirate activity and emerging threats to maritime security.
  • Contribute to training exercises to ensure the team remains sharp and prepared for any situation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the military, coast guard, or a similar security role, with a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent physical fitness and stamina, able to perform demanding physical tasks at sea.
  • Proficiency in operating firearms and other security equipment.
  • Strong tactical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, fostering a collaborative spirit within the unit.
  • Fluency in English and a working knowledge of additional maritime communication protocols is a plus.
