Be the Tip of the Spear: Counter Terrorist Operative

In this critical role, you'll become an integral part of the frontline defense against terrorism. As a Counter Terrorist Operative, you'll join a team of highly skilled specialists, each with a unique area of expertise. Together, you'll be responsible for the entire counterterrorism lifecycle:

  • Intelligence Gathering: You'll become a master of unearthing hidden threats. This involves cultivating human sources, deciphering coded messages, and analyzing vast amounts of data from various channels – human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
  • Target Identification and Tracking: Your keen eye and analytical mind will be crucial for identifying potential terrorists and their networks. Using the gathered intelligence, you'll develop profiles, predict movements, and track their activities to disrupt their plans before they can cause harm.
  • Operation Planning and Execution: Here, your strategic thinking and tactical prowess come into play. You'll collaborate with your team to meticulously plan and execute counterterrorism operations. This could involve anything from high-risk raids to meticulous surveillance missions, all designed to neutralize threats and prevent attacks.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: The world of terrorism is constantly evolving. You'll have access to ongoing training to stay ahead of the curve, learning about the latest threats, tactics, and technologies employed by terrorist organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze intelligence from a variety of sources, including human sources, signals intelligence, and open sources.
  • Identify and track terrorists and their networks.
  • Develop and execute operations to prevent and combat terrorist attacks.
  • Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and international partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest terrorist threats and trends.
Qualifications
  • relevant military or law enforcement experience.
  • Experience in intelligence or information analysis is a strong plus.
  • verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
